I had this eerie feeling about Michael Ball

The first time I saw Michael Ball on youtube, I recognized him from something.. I googled him, and I didn't find anything that helped. I feel like he must have been on some kid's show or something because I feel I've seen him in something non-theater related, but not a movie because I don't really watch any of the T.V. shows he has been in.. can anyone help? Know of any Michael Ball look-a-likes?

Have you ever thought to search for him on IMDB? While the vast moajority is simple tv appearances, there are a few things that he has done (nothing major, though).

He did a film about the life of composer Henry Purcell quite a few years ago -- I think Simon Callow was also in that film.

I believe his concerts have been shown on PBS (although they are not listed at IMDB for some reason, they are on sale at Amazon). He was also in the 10th anniversary Les Mis concert, which was also shown on PBS.

Only Michael's Royal Albert Hall concert has appeared on PBS (in 2000, I believe) and he appeared at various PBS stations to help promote the DVD.

Michael Ball in non-theatre related or a not-a-movie performance?

He has done TV presenting in the past and has a TV show right now. He has also annotated some radio shows and has a radio show in addition to TV presenting ( maybe some clips had been shown on TV?).

He has sung at different events in the UK and even in some parts of the world( The first non-classical concert at The Proms, Opening of the Millennium Stadium in Wales, with clips shown on CNN, various royal command performance shows, The millennium night concert in Malaysia, a concert in Moscow with Elaine Paige, etc) - maybe you saw some such clips?

He might have a look-alike but I doubt the look-alike can sing like him
