If i want to do maximize my chance of winning, what performance should I try for?

Posted: 1/18/09 at 8:39amTry for a weekday show. I tried on New Years week and it was probably the most crowded it has ever been. But if you try during the week all tourists are gone so you will have better chances.

Can anybody be more specific.
What show is the least crowded?

Don't do Wednesday. That is the only day that will be different.

Actually pretty much any show is crowded right now. With only 3 shows doing lottery at the moment, they're ALL busy.
But yes, they usually do have at least the half-price partial view seats available after the lottery.
(Hopefully they are doing a better job of verifying who gets in line now... A couple of Fridays ago I tried it and the name called was "Vanessa" something or other and a VERY masculine voice said "Here!" and got in line. And this was not a transgender individual as he was OBVIOUSLY male. Yet he was allowed to get in line without them verifying his ID said "Vanessa" and matched his picture. The usual girl was running it. The following night when a guy was running it, a girl answered for her boyfriend who was "running from the bathroom, but I have his ID" and he did not allow her to get in line. So hopefully they got that corrected.)
LIVE THAT LESSON!!!!!!

Posted: 3/18/09 at 11:07amHey, just wondering how the lotto has been recently. I'm thinking of going this Sunday for the matinee- how are my chances? Also, any shows that are easy to go and get a rush ticket around an hour before the show if I lose lotto? Thanks :)

Posted: 3/18/09 at 11:28amThere are a lot of people in the city this week for spring break (I think I passed all of them on my commute in this morning), and discount codes are pulled right now- it's probably pretty safe to say that lotto will be crowded this weekend.
