If Broadway Stars were Food Network Stars
#1If Broadway Stars were Food Network Stars
Posted: 7/27/09 at 5:37pmI know this is random, but I got to thinking one day, "What if Broadway stars played stars on the Food Network?" Then I got to thinking Sutton Foster could play Rachael Ray, Jayne Houdyshell could play Paula Deen. Just a fun little thought. Post your thoughts here!

I don't know your Food Network, but I like your game. Barret Foa is everything Jamie Oliver should be, instead of the unlikable fat-tongued mockney *ahem* he is. Do you have anyone suitably craggy enough for Gordon Ramsay? Thought I had someone for Nigella Lawson, but it's gone. I guess it'll come back around 3am or something stupid.

Posted: 7/27/09 at 6:56pmYES!!! I was trying to think of something for Patti! However, she would need an accent for that role and if the revival of SWEENEY has taught us anything - Patti don't do no accents.

I wanted to snap her in half when they were doing the Shrek cakes.
"First it looked like a dog, then it was an horse, & now it looks like a donkey"
& the girl had that best comeback
"Yeah, that's why it's called a process & not the finished result."

TheatreDork2 -
Why that lady was criticizing the process was beyond me. The girl was so right.

Posted: 7/27/09 at 8:54pmShe is such a bitch. I was watching the episode afterwards & they were making Ice Age cakes. One girl was carving Manny out of cake & the bitch was complaining because her workspace was dirty (Covered in cake pieces).

I was watching the Sesame Street episode and me and my mom were pretty much yelling at the TV because of her comments. I have never heard her say a nice thing during the show!
This thread is brilliant BTW!
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu#23re: If Broadway Stars were Food Network Stars
