Who would they be?
I would have John Lithgow and Tim Curry switch roles for one night. I would love to see Tim Curry try his hands as Lawrence Jameson and I think John would be quite funny in and English accent as King Arthur. I think it would work. Hell, I'd pay to see it.
Raul and Norbert. I think either could play the other's part very well.
Eden and Shoshana.
I have herd great things about Eden as Elphaba, and I would love to see her in the role, an Iam sure Sho could pull of Brooklyn without a doubt.

Jennifer Laura Thompson and Sherie René Scott.
I think Jennifer would love to play a part other than Glinda and Sherie could do Glinda quite well I think.
Unfortunately, after today, even JLT won't be playing Glinda.
Whoa, FOAnatic, I have to second your "Tim Curry and John Lithgow" idea. I'd love to see that, in both instances!

Tim Curry and Kathleen Turner.
No one does bitchy quite like Curry, and Turner has more balls than the entire SPAMALOT cast combined.

Christina Applegate and Charlotte D'ambrosse.
I would love to see Charlotte conquer the part of Charity again, and think that Christina would a WONDERFUL Roxie Hart.

I always wanted to see the two leading ladies of Wicked switch, especially when Kristin and Idina were in it.
As for two specific people, John Lithgow and George Hern, I think that George could be great in DRS and that John would be far more coniving and evil, but on the surface sweet, than George is. John is also a better dancer.

John Lithgow and Norbert Leo Butz. Seeing as how they know each others parts so well it'd be interesting to see how they would switch it up. :)

"Kathleen Turner and Eden Espinosa."
That's the stuff nightmares are made of.
If this were in 1996 I still stand by Anthony Rapp as Roger and Adam Pascal as Mark for one night. That is something I'd die to see.
Gary Beach and Harvey Fierstein - so Harvey can kiss Bob.
David Hyde Pierce and Roger Bart... be interesting to see if Pierce could pull off Leo Bloom.
And for the non-serious answer: Robert Goulet and Hank Azaria.

I was going to say, John Lithgow and Bob Goulet, because I think Lithgow would make a very interesting Georges, but frankly, I can't improve on Justthefacts2's suggestion. I'm still laughing over that one!
Bob Goulet and Kathleen Turner.
Sherie and Norbert in the last five years or sherie and norbert period.

Shoshana and Megan or Shoshana and JLT could be cool.
