You know by saying no bashing...you're only encouraging people.
I'm personally not going to give an opinion until I see it...IF I see it. Based on the CD sampler and the Broadway.com video the show definitely seems...interesting.
But that's all I will say until I have the opportunity to see it.

Watching the video - it was the first time this show made any sense.
Well....if you allow yourself to believe some guy is writing an opera for G-d and he bases it on the mixed relationship of a guy with tourettes and a quirky girl....
Is Hanke the only one who understand what's going on?
I never got it until he explained it.

It was an interesting video, that's for sure, but I'm still very unsure about it... I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I dunno. I think it could be done. I think it fits the theater its playing in. I can't wait for it to open. and personally, i really like the poster for the show. Not sure why, but it just fits the oddness of the show.

Being able to see into the future must be a wonderful thing Errico, lol. I doubt you can seriously say that it will flop right now, no one can. Optimism is a fabulous thing everyone, give it a chance; at least it's original, and not another jukebox musical!

Hahaha, that's kind of a pathetic post! If you have to ask those questions about the show, then don't criticize people for their interest in it, when you obviously know nothing about it yourself. I haven't said that I think it will be stellar, but I'm willing to give it a fair chance.

Actually, this video does do a whole lot better job at explaining the story. It sounds so nice here (and if done right, it could be a beautiful story).
Also, Jessica Boevers and Christopher J. Hanke sounds great together. Can't wait.

Those were REAL questions, and my post never criticizes anyone. I was asking if they were being sarcastic because that's how their posts came across, and I was wondering why...

after the video it seems to make more sense. i think if anything it will be a cute story, reguardless of the score. it seems kinda out there, but i do like the title song and life turns on a dime. and like you all have said, at least its original.

this show seems frightening to me. don't know why. the music is so haunting. i'm actually curious enough to want to see it. as long as i don't spend over $30.

Yeah, I dunno. I think it will sell good for the fact that its an original show and nobody really knows what its about. I cant wait to see the technical aspects of this show. like sets and stuff. can't wait - seriously i can't wait.
EDIT: Not sure I get the storyline. I just watched the video. So there's this "unexpected" love story, yet someone in Heaven is writing an opera of it? It would have been a really good story, just w/ the two ppl in love.
