I say 3
they will pull a Les Miz on us
I'm thinking in about 8-10 years from now.
8 or 9, so I could be Mark!
You know when it happens a few original cast members will still be around and they're going to cast them and advertize it as some overly-special thing.
As long as they don't "remix" it, they can do it whenever.

Assuming they don't "pull a Les Miz", about 15-18 years, same as Chorus Line
10-15
I think if they did pull a Les Miz it would lose some character of the show. Id love to see it back in like 15 years. In its original condition.
Random question. Is there gonna be a red carpet for tonights show? Id assume cast members from the years and other celebs will come.

I wish: 1 year
Reality: 9-10 years
Yes, our own cubanpab is taking the pictures for BWW.
Id say 10 to 15 with a brand new unknown cast much like it was when it opened.

I would hope not for at least 10 years, but in all honesty I could totally see them doing a Les Miz and having it back in 3 or so.
What he said.
Anthony Rapp can be Mr. Grey.

12 years at the most.
10 years at the very least.
Yet, I'm looking forward seeing the tour at Pantages in March.
There was a reason that they brought back Les Miserables after 3 years. That reason was was that it just became the longest running show in London and they wanted to celebrate that fact by having it back on Broadway. Cameron talked about how he loved that it was playing at the Broadhurst that way both the longest running show in London and the longest running show on Broadway were playing right next door to one another.
As for a Rent revival I would say ten years or so. I feel like for a show like this it isn't a matter of if it is more a matter of when.
I am okay with however they decide to do the show. So long as they keep the music the same. I don't mind new sets or direction or costumes but I would be pissed off if they did something like Rent Remix on us.
I saw without a doubt by 2020. But not before then. I've been trying to think of what a Rent revival would even be like and really trying to just think of different ways they could go to make it totally different (think competing versions of Company or Chicago) and am drawing a blank. But yeah, I don't think a revival of this would have any impact if they don't wait at least twelve years or so.
