I remember they had a general rush policy a few years ago. It was $20 tickets for all shows. Is that still the same? How hard is it to get for this production? Thanks
It's the typical Public rush policy, $20 each, sold one hour before curtain, two per person, but they're subject to availability. Dunno how often it's been sold out.

Thanks! Anyone know how early you have to get there?
You should check The Public's Twitter account. They usually post day-of whether or not rush is going to be available. It's very helpful.
I heard this show has a very deceiving title.
The only thing I can guess as far as deceiving is that it is based far more on a family dynamic and that sexuality is a small part of the four hour show... I saw it the first week of previews and absolutely loved it. If you are Kushner fan, you should certainly see the show...It's a long show, but I loved it.
I actually really loved the moment of discovery, when the play reveals where the title came from. It's so unexpected -- and I think a lot of people do go into it wondering what the significance of such a tongue-twisting title is.
That moment has unfortunately been cut. I believe they're trying to work it back in. The piece itself is getting shorter and shorter as well. It's now looking more like a little over three hours with two intermissions. Very different from 3:40 with two intermissions.
That's about how long it should be. Sad to hear that moment's gone, but pleased to hear it's being shaved down. When I saw it it was very close to four hours, and that was way, way too much.
