Rock of Ages Toronto opens in April (and the full cast hasn't even been announced yet) but we got our first live glimpse at the production's leads last night @ CityTv 2010 NYE!

Posted: 1/1/10 at 11:10amI disagree. They sounded great. Singing live, outside, in the dead of a Toronto winter at midnight, and still killing the vocals. Live outdoor TV performances almost always sound absolutely horrible and I was pleasantly surprised. There are some really strong singers in that group. The girl they have playing Sherrie has the best rock voice I've heard in that role.

I agree ! They need alot of work ! was very disappointed !
Elicia Mackenzie (I think thats how you spell it) didn't fit the role of Sherrie !

I caught the youtube vids and was also pleasantly surprised. I thought they sounded pretty darn good all things considered. Sherrie has a great voice. Dennis seriously looks like Adam Dannheiser's Canadian cousin. The actor playing Drew also seems to have good vocal chops. They also brought a lot of energy to their numbers.
