Frenchie and Ruben sound great on the CD, didn't know the music beforehand but Frenchie aboslutely slays "Honeysuckle Rose," "Mean to Me," and "I've Got A Feeling I'm Falling." Not to mention the sound quality on the CD is perfect...I would suggest getting the CD!

It's a different production by the "Center Theatre Group", not the "Big League Theatricals" tour with Ruben and Frenchie.

^^What dramadube said. The tour doesn't appear to be making any stops that last that long.

I saw the tour when it hit Boston on Easter weekend, in the hopefully-soon-to-be-fully-restored Strand Theater. Frenchie was out the entire weekend, but her understudy, Teresa (blanking on last name as I don't have the playbill in front of me) was amazing!! In fact, the entire cast was. Trenyce - of American Idol fame a few years back - totally surprised me as I've never seen her perform on well on AI as I did on that stage.

If the tour comes through your town, I recommend a viewing. Ticket prices were not bad at all - in Boston they ranged from $28-$58 and I got a day-of ticket from our half-price outlet, Bostix for $14.
