Posted: 6/20/07 at 8:51amI know he is doing Gypsy at City Center in July. Is he going back to ACL after that, or is he leaving the show?

Posted: 6/20/07 at 9:16amWasn't this announced already? d'Amboise and Berresse are staying. Yazbeck, Davi, and Hanes are leaving -- plus a whole handful of others. I don't remember who off the top of my head. Someone help me out on this. All I remember hearing is that 8 are staying and 11 are leaving.

Posted: 6/20/07 at 9:17amI don't remember hearing anything, but if anyone can find anything, that'd be great. The only one I knew that was leaving sometime in July was Mara Davi, because she is starting in Drowsy Chaperone July 29th.

I believe Natalie Cortez is also leaving along with(like you said) 11 others. I'm so lucky that I'm seeing it on July 8th before the changes . When I spoke to Michael Barresse he mentioned that a few of them are leaving mid-July and then the rest in August.

Davi, Whitehead, Yazbeck, and Hanes are going.
I know Parcelles, d'Amboise, and Berressee are staying.

What a shame. Tony Yazbeck was outstanding.
I hope he's got more gigs (other than the brief GYPSY stint). He's wonderful. (Not to mention HOT!)

Posted: 6/20/07 at 10:51amLast day for some of them is indeed July 22nd. Not sure of the complete list of who's leaving or if they are all leaving the same day. I had heard about 10 or so would be leaving...though I'm sure an announcement will be made soon enough with their replacements' names.

I'm so glad I got a chance to see this show twice already. That group has an awesome dynamic.
I will personally miss seeing Tyler Hanes on stage in all of his male beauty 
But best of luck in whatever they all end up doing after ACL!!!

Chryssie Whitehead taught at her alma matter (AMDA in Los Angeles) before doing "A Chorus Line."
Perhaps she is going back to teaching?
