I want to get tickets for my parents, but don't want to pay the online fees. The box office was closed this evening, and there was a sign on the door stating that tickets can be bought on Ticketmaster.
Are they not opening the box office for this show?

I would think they'd have to open the box office.
I've never heard of a show that just doesn't open the box office at all
