J2 Spotlight 2023 Season

Got an email from J2 Spotlight with hints on their upcoming season's shows.  The hints are a newspaper, an uncapped tube of lipstick, and a key ring with two keys and a house keychain on them (one hint for each show).  My initial instinct is Newsies for the first one and Fun Home for the third one, though I feel like they usually go for somewhat more obscure shows and these also feel pretty recent.  Not sure what the lipstick could be either.  Anyone have any guesses?

Knowing that J2 Spotlights mission is one to showcase underproduced/not 100% mainstream musicals, these are my guesses:

Newspaper: "It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman" or "Sweet Smell of Success"

Lipstick: "Vanities", "Marilyn: An American Fable"

Keys: "1600 Pennsylvania Avenue"

Oh wow, would love to see Sugar after seeing Some Like It Hot (which I did enjoy).  It would be fascinating to have both playing at the same time.
