I thought she was totally fine when I saw her earlier in her run. But I also question how much business she actually brings to these shows -- especially with JIT being her third musical theatre replacement gig less than two years.

No real depth or emotion to her voice and minimally to her performance. So very eh. I know she sells tickets because of Modern Family, but I’d pass on seeing her again."

I was pleasantly surprised by how strong she was vocally when I saw the show a few months ago, and she was a fine Audrey in Little Shop, too.

Was at Sunday's farewell performance and really found the whole thing incredibly moving. Jonathan's commitment to and love for this show was clear in every single second of it. And the love the cast has for him was visible with just how many tears they shed at various points of the show -- Julia Grondin (one of the sirens) cried before he even made his entrance! -- and I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a more beloved Broadway actor.

Elsewhere, Michele Pawk and Sarah Hyland both received love from the audience as it was their final performances as well. Hyland was clearly emotional at several points, her voice cracking and having to speak the words.

The speeches were long, the auction was long. But the energy in the room was palpable and exciting. It has been so wonderful to see Jonathan turn into a true, bonafide Broadway star. Merrily got him the recognition he's deserved as an actor, but Just in Time really cemented him as a Broadway name.

Was also rather moved to see casting director Jim Carnahan, who cast Jonathan in Just in Time, Merrily, Little Shop, and gave him his big break in Spring Awakening getting emotional near the end of the show.

Cannot wait to continue to see Jonathan's career flourish.
