Jack Noseworthy is interviewed in the lastest issue of Instinct Magazine which I received yesterday. It's mainly to promote his role as a closeted Republican Senator's son in the film "Poster Boy". One question caught my eye, and I love his response:
Instint: You were in the famously ill-fated musical, Lestat, do you care to talk about that?
JN: Not really. You didn't have to bring that up.
They then move on to talk about the film. I think he took the high road though, everyone should just forget about that mess.

"his role as a closeted Republican Senator's son in the film "Poster Boy"."
Just to clarify, I thought Mr. Noseworthy plays the young man who befriends the Senator's son.

I was quoting what they put in the magazine. They have made mistakes in the past though.
ANd I just looked it up - according to IMDB - you are correct - he is the older friend of the son.

Posted: 9/3/06 at 2:23pmI loved him in "The Sweet Smell of Success", "The Brady Bunch Movie" and on "Law and Order SVU" (with Craig Bierko). I am glad he got out of the debacle known as "Lestat" and I hope to see him in another Broadway show.

Just for the record, Instinct magazine had it right.
Gary M. Kramer, the writer, says: 'Noseworthy plays Anthony, a gay activist who gets involved with a Republican senator's closeted son in the film 'Poster Boy.'
If you want to read more about Jack or his thoughts on 'Poster Boy' or his last show, 'Mother Courage,' or his upcoming cabaret act in NYC, here's an interview we just did with him.

Help me out... I checked my LESTAT Playbill and he wasn't in it. Did he get cut before it got to NYC?

But he was in the playbill for the entire run, since they'd printed out so many. They ended up having to put a full-page insert in there after Drew Sarich took over. Oops!

"Did he get cut before it got to NYC?"
Who says he got cut? The story is he left on his own, "with dignity" just like what's her name in "Valley of the Dolls".
