Just seems a bit strange she is missing performances but able to make appearances on The View and with Jimmy Fallon. I wonder what the producers make of it.

Jenn was insane. Her Always Starting Over was incredible. Incredible doesn't even described it. She did not wear a wig, by the way. Her hair was the same as when she plays Ann.

@WickedGinger: Well, I'd say speaking/singing on stage for over 2 hours is a whole lot more trying than, what, 5-ish minutes for a talk show appearance... Menzel hasn't had much time to recover since returning from the UK, and there's no upcoming Monday break either.

@steven22: Thanks for the report! I'm sooooo curious how her You Learn to Live Without and Always Starting Over are... Dammit.

Yeah, you're right! I created another post around her appearing on the X Factor and my personally view was the publicity in the uk didn't really pay off to be missing shows! I hope the producers are not putting pressure on. Hopefully she makes a speedy recovery and is back on form! Until then I'm sure Jenn (or Jackie) can handle it! I'd love to hear her take on always starting over or some other me - that's my favourite!

Jenn was incredible! As previously mentioned, her chemistry with the rest of the cast was crearly visible and helped her performance. She might have had a handful of small slip ups with her lines and props, but nothing anyone would call a big mistake. Her 'Always Starting Over' was indeed out of this world, look out for an audio of that. Here below is a picture of the curtain call, where she received flowers. I'm glad I caught this performance.

Do understudies usually get a rehearsal with other cast or something at least? Considering how meaty the Elizabeth role is, minor slips are totally forgivable in this situation, IMO.

Can't wait for, ummmm, things to surface.
