Quite another thing to essentially give autographs so the autograph-seeker can make money-particularly when they haven't come to the show."
Oh i wouldn't sell this-I saw him in...Nice Work if You Can Get It? I saw him in something and I found the playbill so I want to see if he would sign it. I have an extra playbill of a show he was in that I did not see, but maybe if I send it to him, he'd sign it (fingers crossed!)"

This is not some commandment Moses carried down on a tablet. Depends on the actor. Barry Humphries will sign anything, and he will sign as Barry Humphries if you want, even when he's appearing as Dame Edna.

It has already been reported (MANY TIMES) in this thread that Mr. Jones is no longer signing any items sent to him and you are STILL trying to send something for him to sign? Absolutely delusional. Please respect the man and don’t. He’s 91 years old and shouldn’t be worrying about signing your silly memorabilia. Like you always say about stagedooring, a signed playbill doesn’t come with the price of admission.
