Posted: 3/30/09 at 6:10pmAnd it's SAFER! When I rushed LEGALLY BLONDE I had a run-in with a drunk that wasn't too pleasant. And when I rushed JERSEY BOYS I got there at 5am and witnessed a lot of mischeif, too.

Posted: 3/30/09 at 6:13pm5 a.m.?!?!?! Is that ever necessary? The earliest I ever got there was 8 and I was first in line. All the other times, I'm usually first anyways.

Posted: 3/30/09 at 7:38pm5am was definitely necessary. This was a few months after it won the Tony. I was third in line at 5am. By 6:30am there was more people than rush allotment.

I imagine lots of people enter because all they have to do is send a text message. If they don't win, oh well, you didn't waste any time. If you do win you just pick up your tickets and see the show. It's takes no effort or time out of your daily life if you don't win. So I imagine most people will enter any night.
