You definitely aren't going to pay $10 for a ticket people stood in line hours for. Seriously. Just because you offer to pay that doesn't make it at all a realistic offer.

That's an oxymoron sign.
Ticket scalping AND counterfeit tickets are 2 totally different things.
Ticket scalping is basically a legitimate ticket being sold for more money than its original cost.
Counterfeit ticket is exactly that -- a counterfeit/fake ticket.

That's not an oxymoron. It's just two different statements on the same sign. At least they are about similar issues.
Oxymorons (or oxymora) are literary figures of speech usually composed of a pair of neighbouring contradictory words (often within a sentence). However this is not always the case. The Webster Dictionary defines oxymoron as "a combination of contradictory or incongruous words".
