choitoy, I had a similar problem with The Frogs cast recording. The cardboard slip cover was actually torn on the bottom right side. I ordered it on-line so it wouldn't have been possible to inspect it in the store before I bought it. It's only slightly frustrating because that cast recording didn't have show artwork for the jewel case so the only artwork is on the slip cover.

Last time I saw a version of ALNM was back in 1990 with the NYC Opera and I'm not familiar with the current revival. Does this new production/recording include the Liebeslieder Singers one of whom - a soprano - wails high E-flats/E's?
