Meredith Wilson! The Music Man, 3 times on Broadway, already. His other two Broadway musicals were The Unsinkable Molly Brown and Here's Love. But Kate? Don't know any Kate who wrote for Broadway. Can anyone enlighten me?

Meredith, hands down. I'm not a fan of Kate's voice...it reminds me too much of a mouse with a bad head cold. The girl can tap though!

Meredith Patterson. Hands down. Whenever Levering switches from mix to belt, it's glaringly obvious. Meredith is also a better actress. And she can dance like nobody's business.

Aha!!! Honestly, I didn't want to reveal my ignorance, hence my joking about Meredith Wilson. Having previously seen only the anorexically thin Catherine Wreford NOT light up the stage in the original touring version, I would like to nominate the current Peggy, Mara Davi, now touring the U.S. in the show, as the perfect Peggy!

Meredith Patterson is the only Peggy Sawyer I've ever seen that any star quality at all. Kate Levering was so bland both in 42nd Street and Though Shall Not.

Merideth Patters, For sure! But what, does Nadine get no Love? There were 3 Peggy Sawyers this time round. But agreed, Merideth was by far THE BEST!

I didn't see Meredith, only Kate and Nadine. I didn't really love either of them, but I think I enjoyed Nadine more. I did like Kate in "The Music Man" however.

Nadine.

Kate has more star quality. Meredith has more raw talent. But Nadine was the best Peggy Sawyer.

I saw Kate, Meredith and Erin Stoddard (when she understudied Nadine); I liked Meredith the best.

Meredith all the way around!!! Much better actress and much better singer. I think they are pretty well matched in the dancing though but I have always preferred Meredith.

Meredith Patterson was amazing in that part. She was just great. Really enjoyed her performance. I would vote for Meredith hands down...
