It's actually Kathy Griffin not Griffith. She'd be great in the role. And I'm sure if offered to her, she'd take it being a D list celeb (her words, not mine). God I love her!

I saw Kathy doing her stand-up at Townhall which is a Broadway theatre i think, right? she didn't perform to a full house last June. She was hilarious. I wish more people would have gone to see her.

I remember enjoying Kathy at the Groundlings way back when along with some other hilarious guys who have moved on to bigger things. Like Michael McDonald of MAD TV - he was a teacher of mine when I took classes there - holy crap was he hilarious.... but back to Kathy...
