Anyone seen her yet? I know it's a small roll, but still looking forward to seeing her. Also (and I can't believe I'm asking this) does she come out the stage door? Hoping to get one of my Gilmore Girls booklets signed...
I don't have tickets yet, but I'm going to make every effort to see her. I saw her in the original cast of A Chorus Line, and it was her performance that got me hooked on theater.
I think she'd be just about perfect as Mrs. Brice in the upcoming revival of Funny Girl.

^ She looks a touch to old for it...maybe Mrs. Strakosh?
Saw the show tonight for the first time. I had been a bit disappointed to miss Jessica Walter, cause I've been a fan of Arrested Development since it premiered, and knew little to nothing of Kelly Bishop (the original Chorus Line being a bit before my time), but I thought she was very good, and actually reminded me a lot of Walter. Very funny and liked seeing her groove in the background during Gabriel. Her singing during the finale wasn't as humorous as Walter's performance on the album, but that's a half a refrain, so no major harm.

I thought she was lovely. I'm not a fan of the show (love the score) nor of Sutton's -- but I really had a great time at the show in general. I brought my 14 year old, and she utterly fell in love with it!
Saw her last Friday night with the amazing Tari Kelly going on for Sutton. Kelly and Kelly was a very good combo, with Bishop wonderfully funny. I can't compare either of the performances to the original revival cast women because it was my first time seeing the revival. Funny you should mention her for Rosie in Funny Girl as I actually thought about Jessica for the part but I also think they need someone younger. I also was hoping to see Jessica in A.G. because I recently saw "The Group," horrible movie but Walter gives one of the most overlooked great bitch performances of all time.

I brought My seventh season DVD that I got Lauren to sign at Guys and Dolls but unfortunately Kelly does not go out the stage door so i brought that for nothing.
Saw the show last Thursday (the 25th) with Tari Kelly and Kelly Bishop, and I adored them both. Tari knocked it out of the park, this woman needs to be a star, someone give her that star vehicle somewhere, she's like Sutton with spark and more charisma. She was just so on it, amazing.
Kelly Bishop was part of the reason I wanted to see the show. Not only was I a huge fan of Gilmore Girls, I am Chorus Line OBSESSED. I did the show back in February, and I would do it everyday for the rest of my life, and so seeing the original Sheila live was a dream come true. And let me tell you, she's still got it! My favourite moments were when she got to tap, because you can tell she was loving that she got to tap on Broadway again. I was near the front of the orchestra, on the right side, so in the curtain call once the cast began to tap again, she was right in front of me. Well, I was fan girling it out, and had the biggest smile on my face, and she caught me and winked right at me, and it gave her an extra big smile for the rest of curtain call. I'm sure she thought I was so excited to see Emily Gilmore...I only wish I could have told her it wasn't for Emily, it was for Sheila!
Great show overall, I really loved the whole production, and the cast that I saw was spectacular.
