Actually, Plum, a very good day - the start of our escape to Arizona. I just popped on a computer to check my mail and thought I'd see what was up on the board. Much to my amusement, I see it's the same old narrow-minded narcissistic crap that usually exists.
Thank goodness I'm at least getting a laugh out of it. The ignorance that some people are willing to put into black-and-white is staggering.

Well, I'm glad to hear things are going well for you. You sounded cranky. :) Between Bug and 'night, Mother, my brain is mush right now, though, so if my judgement is off I'm not surprised.

Plum - things are going well enough for me that I realize what a waste of time and energy this board really is for me. I'm sure it supplies something to many people - I just don't happen to be one of them.
I just wrote the site operators to remove me from their registered users.
The inherrent freedom I feel from that act is almost as palpable as the air I'm breathing
I kindof agree with OrdinaryJ about Heather. I've heard her a couple times sounding terrible. She was decent last night, but there were some times when she was off towards the end. I remember hearing her sing "Home" at some benefit and she went off key and just got louder and louder. A prime recorded example is the Dreamgirls Concert. Her "Ain't No Party" wasn't no party. The song was totally out of her range, but I believe that Seth R. casted her in the show because he wanted bway names/Tony winners in the show.
That being said, I still like Heather and think she is on a higher level than Eden and Idina and nobody can even come close to touching her in the role of Aida.
WILL THIS EVER RE-AIR? ahh I didn't see the thread until now! grr
Those Bush people looked constipated! What do they know about the arts?
