I thought she took some of her stuff to far. It's sad to see her fame go to her head. Her jokes went to long and got annoying. I loved her opening bit and that was it. I probably liked that best because her singing voice is her saving grace for me.
TR was out to alot of the Broadway community back when he was in Noises Off. I wouldn't doubt Kristen might have known him before Grey's Anatomy even aired.
i'm a big cheno fan, but this was weird....it was strange because it seemed like the fame was going to her head, but she didn't write the skits and stuff so we can't blame her for them....i think she has brilliant comic timing and i don't usually get sick of her cute bit, but i think this was more a reflection on the material she was working with....i think she is way funnier and much less annoying than she seemed at times.
The TR joke fell really badly. To the point where everyone I was talking to said, "Is she for real?" It's probably one of things that could have been funny, but given his caught-off-guard reaction was just really uncomfortable.
A few of the jokes are funny, but... on the whole, she was much less entertaining than the crazy guy during intermission.
To be honest, I'm still not sure if it was just a poorly-executed joke that fell really flat, or a big, big mistake. I mean, I hope it was a joke, but I really couldn't tell! Poor TR.
I like how Kristin said about TR's friend, "Does she hate me? Do you hate me?" and TR goes "She kinda does."

"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."

T.R.Knight is such a big celebrity right now, IF she didnt know, someone would have filled her in. She knew. His reaction made the joke fall flat but it was clearly a joke.
Drunk? Maybe it's just she has personality..
I mean, Denzel Washington? Gun to my head..of course.
Oh, lighten up people. I think the interviewees' "deer in the headlights" reactions are more to blame for the awkwardness than Chenoweth's jokes. And yes, that includes T.R.
For goodness' sake she was not drunk, and the "conceited" one-liners were clearly only said so that she could follow up with the "ilovetheatre.com" jokes.
As Lisa Lampanelli once said, "If you can't take a joke--LEAVE."
iHeartMyGeek: But Pittsburgh also has many good qualities too! ahmelie: Are you implying that twinkies and lesbians are bad? BITCH!
Kristin is so stupid that she reminds me of a shorter Paris Hilton with talent.

Why do people equate 'having a personality' with 'being drunk'.
Little Ms. C has always had a bubbly personality.
It has nothing to do with her being drunk.

It was a hoot!!... absolutely wonderful. I am not sure since I don't know about awards but I will guess that it is usually boring. she is not boring. what fun and she caught so many off guard. I too am an idiot for proper english such as than and then. two different things. I know I often make mistakes in spelling etc. getting in a hurry, but when you called that person on that particular term it was not corrected so clearly they do not know there is a difference. that word is even pronounced different. unlike there and their. (OMG my english teacher days are haunting me... make me stop.... please.)
Drunk? Seriously? Have you people ever seen a drunk person?
I thought she was pretty funny and laughed at most of her jokes but they seemed very un tasteful for someone who is generally classy. I also thought a lot of what she said went past the point of humorous and leaned towards arrogant and narcistic.... but I still laughed. She is definitely a great entertainer.
