Boy, people judge and scorn so quickly here . . .
Oi, is all I can say. I think we should all try and keep to the thread's topic without any bashings or rantings. And with that being said, I wish Miss Chenoweth the best of luck in her upcoming projects and I cross my fingers for her Tony nomination/win.
I know a lot of you on here don't agree, but I love Kristin. So she's missed some performances and bloopers... I don't doubt the legitimacy of her abscences, and everyone makes mistakes. Perhaps she should be more professional, but it doesn't really matter. What matters most is that she's talented.
I've been out of the loop for a few days, but just found this out via email. I'm really sad!! I thought she would've been in longer, but I feel like she'll be easier to replace than Idina will.
'What matters most is that she's talented.'
I don't know if I can agree with that statement. There are many people who are talented AND professional. It seems to me that the marriage of the two is what matters most.
That said, I have no idea if Ms. Chenoweth is unprofessional or not. One friend in the show adores her and says she truly is a kind and generous human being.
Plus...I've enjoyed her in most things I've seen her in.
I suppose that wasn't very well stated. I *do* think she should be more professional, and that her professionalism should match her talent. When I saw her, though, nothing terribly unusual happened... I'm going completely based on things I've heard.

Well....
What's this movie? She's still playing a "student"? First thing her "people" need to convince her to do, is GROW UP! Now Lippa on the other hand, don't even get me started.... that's a match made in heaven. (for those who constantly miss *it*, that was Al being very sarcastic).

Al? Sarcastic?? NEVER. Must be a impostor. :)
I just saw that interview she did with Idina on A & E. idina comes off nice and sincere; and Christian comes of as a phony hussy. That little B***h!
Oh man, this post has made my day. Papa and Namo- you rock.

boy..i really enjoy reading posts. especially when they're by self indulgent jerks.
can one of you masters please show me where kristen has ever pushed her ideals or beliefs of christianity on anyone? please show me the article where she has said you must be a christian to be saved. please show me articles where she is making religious proclamations. please she me articles where she shows herself to be something than she really is.
oh...wow. look everyone. nothing.
yeah. suprise! it seems the idiots of the board don't like someone that has an image that is different than theirs. i could care less if she is a christian...a jew....an alien. she is who she is and tells it like it is. she has not hidden anything from you. if an interviewer mentions it in an article, that's the writers choice, not kristens.
hmmm. i've read many an article about brian stokes mitchell being and african american. hey...aren't you guys getting sick of that, too?? i mean, why do they kep pushing that down or throats?
grow up.

Dude, you're looking for a response from people at 1:30 in the morning and BEFORE you've even finished your post. Or are you just use to talking and answering yourself? Get a grip.

thanks, as always, for failing to address the issue.
guess stupidity needs it beauty sleep.
Wow....there is so much hate going on around this board!
People have their own opinions when I comes to who they do and do not like. But the one thing that's bothering me is personal attacks. I did post awhile back that I didn't think it was very professional to miss so many performances....if you are signed on to perform, you stick with it.
II have read a lot of (not nice) comments here, however, on how she supposedly treats fans. I never really commented because I had never seen her behavior at a stage door or anywhere else, for that matter.
I am not a hardcore Kristin to any degree but (without going into anything specific), yesterday and today Ms. Chenoweth was nice only wonderful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I have seen any actor do for a fan.
So even though I'm still not a huge fan...I nore have a lot of respect for her as a person and what she did for me, personally. But that's just my opinion.
I found it weird that no one has brought up Idina leaving. Haven't they publicly announced her final performance yet?
im often amazed at how much credit people give to their own "wit" around here, not to mention their so-called talents at "sarcasm" which people don't miss, but very often at least try to ignore.

So true, Bronte.
What exactly has this woman done that people have all this hatred for? Nothing. If you don't like her..fine.
And where are all these claims that she's forcing her religion down anyone's throat? Nowhere. She's a convenient bitching piece for their arrogance.
Hope their sleep did them some good.
All this hatred about a poor little hussy.

I love the Cheno, but the little hussy thing is growing on me. Kristin the Hussy. I like it.
