I need to know if you can pay cash at either of the options... ANSWER APPRECIATED ASAP
Yes, sometimes it's only cash.
RESPONSE GIVEN ASAP.
You CAN always pay cash. It's usually the credit card question we see. (I usually tell people to bring cash to be on the safe side. No box office has yet been known to turn down cash.)
I heard box offices are now switching over to exclusively taking beaver pelts and wampum.

I thought it was glass beads and smallpox blankets.

can I piggy back a question into this thread?? Can you bring folding chairs to sit and wait at the box office for rush tickets??
at most places. As long as there is enough room. People usually just plop down on the sidewalk.

Let's not get into conversions.

Question about how the lottery works. When it states "They begin taking names 2.5 hours before curtain" does that mean anyone at the theatre at that time can submit their name? Thanks to anyone who cares to educate me about this process.
Yes, they'll be outside the theatre under the marquee taking names on slips of paper. Anyone who has a valid photo ID on them to claim the tickets can fill out a slip. No need to be there as soon as they start taking names, it just means that you'll have to wait for half an hour for the lottery to begin and depending on how poorly they mix the slips, you could be stuck on the bottom.

If you look at the Rush Report at Broadway Spotted, that will give you the odds of getting tickets via a specific lottery. Of course, you may be one of the lucky ones!
