I'm guessing Art thinks that La Noire (whatever the heck that is) is similar to City of Angels.
You really need to explain yourself in your posts.

It's L.A. Noire, not La Noire.
As far as I can tell it's a first person shooter video game.
And no, it wouldn't work as a musical, but based on your suggestions (score by Brooks?) I'm guessing you know that already.

I don't know how the hell L.A. Noire would make a musical but if you can pull it off I'll see it.

tazber, it's not a shooter game. It's a detective game where most of the story is told through police interrogation. You read the suspect and press harder when you figure out their tell. There is shooting and driving, but it's secondary to the investigation into a series of murders.
I can't see it as a musical. Shoot, I can't see it as a film and so much of the game is cinematics. Like Heavy Rain or Mass Effect, the game mechanics can't easily be removed from the narrative without turning it into something generic and overdone.
