To be honest I would rather wish to see it first on PBS so Dame Angela could win that freaking Emmy already, but of course it's a tremendous luck that this production was filmed.

Woohoo! Three theaters in my area will be playing it. Hope this one gets a "Great Performances" run and a home video release, too.

Seriously. I don't understand spending all that money to film something and then NOT releasing it on DVD.

How does everyone know it WON'T be released on DVD eventually? Got several SoCal options. So glad. Looking forward to catching it on the big screen.

They are also doing THE NANCE later in the month. That was filmed with an audience for PBS Great Performances. I am wondering if it is the taping I was at last year.
