Will write more about it later . I did report it to the very nice usher during intermission and it looked like she was going to handle it. Wasted my money . Show is great new cast additions are all stellar... I have seen it before .. So no reflection on the show itself.
Don't feel too bad for me. Posh is busy . It's gay pride and everyone seems to be out. Getting my freak on.

What kind of bread was the sandwich made of?
I can't. What is going on with the audience members tonight?

That was me, sorry. I was hungry.
Pippin was sold out tonight? I mean, why not move to a different seat?
Why should they move when it's clear the lady was the one being the smelly, obnoxious one?
Well, as opposed to leaving the show, moving seats seems an easier fix. Plus, there is still a potential window of time when things smell like tuna even once the tuna has been removed from the equation...
Maybe it wasn't the sandwich.
There wasn't a empty seat in the house. It was a obnoxious audience. Lady in front of me kept flipping her hair into my lap. (If you've sat in the mezz there you know how that goes ).
It's really getting bad on Broadway. Yesterday at kinky the lights from the phones were out of control.
I am constantly amazed how the cost of attending Broadway has had zero impact on people giving a **** once they are in their seats.

Dame, don't eat the sliders at Posh. You'll regret it, later.
Yeah, it's truly amazing. I was at After Midnight yesterday and this woman brought her two teenage children who spent the entire 90 minutes on their phones. Did I mention they were in the first row? The disrespect among many Broadway patrons is the worst it has ever been.

But it's frustrating that most people won't do anything about it. There has got to be a productive way to shame these people. And of course the producers don't help by having signs asking people to check in on social media.
Mice and men even offers wifi.
I have to say that the audience at Bullets on Saturday was very respectful. House staff at the St. James are great.

Are you fu*cking serious?

Before I left Facebook and Twitter, I would check in on my way into the theater with a quick marquee picture. But that was the end of it. The phone never reappeared until after the show...
Sutton. I am. You join their wifi and you have to look at some ad and then click some term of agreement and then your on their wifi.
Maybe Grindr is easier for James if the audience is on the same wireless network?
I can't believe nowadays people are actually eating full meals at the theatre! its crazy!!!
And Yes, Pippin was Sold out tonight my friend went to the show and told me, the show has actually gotten more seats taken recently based on me rushing the show a lot and people I know that go to the show! not sure if it because its the summer or because John Rubinstein is in the show, Probably both!
Would have done something about it sooner. But I was in row B of the mezz with people on either side. The smell wasn't what got me. It was the constant sound of her mouth chewing and the crinkling of paper. She did not stop eating . She was not directly behind me... But a few seats closer to the aisle. I kept waiting for the woman directly in front of her to do something. But you know most people will just sit there in agony for 2 hours and not say anything.
