How is the show in the UK compared to that of when it played on Broadway? I saw the show when it was on MTV, so I might know what to expect if any changes were made. HaHa. I also heard there will be a London cast recording. Is that true also?

They have had to scale it down ALOT!! The Palace stage (broadway) is HUGE compared to the Savoy stage (london) but the set it alot better looking than the U.S Touring production... but its still fab in London - if not better being scaled down! It certainly doesnt get lost on stage in London!!

And us there is going to be a recording, they are taking live recordings at 3 shows middle of June (before Ducan leaves) so will be looking forward to that =)

General feeling is is that the London production is superior to the New York one. Not a hard feat to achieve!

I have seen production photos from the U.S. touring production and realized that they don't have the sorority house or the staircase, etc. Are those included in the West End?

Saw it on Broadway and London, really disliked it in NYC and actually quite liked it in London. Its less over produced and the smaller scale it suits it, I do think Elle is miscast but sheridan does just about pull it off. Scores still pretty forgettable, but overall its an enjoyable few hours in a theatre with I have to say one of the chaviest audiences ive ever experienced which was a surprise
