Legally Blonde London Cast CD Signing!!

Dress Circle are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming the cast of Legally Blonde to the store on Saturday 7th August at 12.00pm - 1.30pm. The cast will be signing the London Cast Recording of the smash hit show Legally Blonde.

We will be welcoming Sheridan Smith, Peter Davison, Alex Gaumond, Jill Halfpenny and Bruiser. Duncan James to be confirmed.

Recorded live at the Savoy Theatre.

College sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods doesn't take no for an answer. So when her boyfriend, Warner, dumps her for someone serious, Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and heads for Harvard Law School!

This all-singing, all-dancing, feel good musical comedy will be the highlight of your year! Legally Blonde the Musical will take you from the social whirl of California Campus life to Harvard's Halls of Justice with the West End's brightest new heroine (and of course, her Chihuahua, Bruiser).

The verdict? THIS MUCH FUN SHOULDN'T BE LEGAL!

Signed Copies of the CD can be Preordered using the link below!

LB is okay but honestly if this show was "the highlight of [my] year", I'd be pretty depressed. lol

Does anyone know why?

Do you know why?

Is the CD still planned to be released on the 16th? Or any changes?

The 30 second pieces sound OK actually!
YES i did say that LOL

I think it's horrible. I mean, the cast sounds fine, but they did a fine job editing it and sucking all of the energy out of what should have been a very energetic live recording. The start is very boring and they fade the applause out at the end of almost every track causing it to feel very episodic instead of continuous like the recent live recording of Oliver! which, even though they skipped dialogue and some music, still feels like a complete experience because the dialogue or music of the following track overlaps the applause from the previous one. They should have done that with Blonde and instead we're treated to an arbitrary hack job.

I was wondering why I received an email saying my CD was shipping soon.

Any more word on the special guest?

Can anyone help ID some signatures for me?

I know the bottom is Sheridan's & above her's is Alex's.

I believe the other black one is Jill Halfpenny & the blue is Duncan James. Can anyone confirm?
