They usually review it after the opening, I think.
Critics are invited on opening night which is Tuesday, Feb. 6th for Legally Blonde.

No they are not. Critics usually come during the last week of previews (they scatter them on different days so they don't talk to each other) so that they can have their review out by opening.

Neddy, I don't think they do that for regional shows. But since it's going to bway, who knows.

The SF reviews don't usually appear in the paper until two days after the official opening.
Someone mentioned that all seats for PREVIEWS are now $45.00 is that true...because I don't see that anywhere...I know they are 5 dollars off...the orginal price...but someone please let me know the $45 dollar price for all seats is true...I know they are not selling well for PREVIEWS, so thought maybe it was true...

Has anyone gone to the stage door after the show? I'm going to the show in a few weeks and would love to meet some of the cast, but if they stay in after the show to work on changes or something, I wouldn't want to be waiting out there in the cold...
There is a 45 dollar code for all shows on weekdays and the special SUnday night shows. If you go to Ticketmaster and enter in OMIGOD...it's available on whatever nights give you the option to enter a special promotion code.
The stage door is around the corner. The cast came out quickly last night although a lot of them have a shuttle they take back to the hotel and can't stick around to talk for all that long, but they will stop and sign.
Thanks Caryme...
Offtopic question, but are Pilar & Kate main "Sorority girls" like Margot and Serena, or are they more minor? I know that Kate Wetherhead that plays Kate also plays Chutney, but the actress that plays Pilar only plays "Pilar"...help? haha

Where do you enter the OMIGOD code on the Ticketmaster page? The only space that I can type a code into is for the Visa Signature tickets...?
If there isn't a space for a discount code, it's not available.
Go to tomorrow night's 7:30 show and look at it, you will see what I mean there because I know that they have a code available for tomorrow night.
PIlar is a main sorority girl. Its her and Margot and Serena. It's kind of weird and unnecessary for her to be there, but I love Dequina Moore, so I was fine with it. Kate is a smaller sorority girl, but the biggest one after the threesome. She has other parts though.
It looks like the OMIGOD Code does not work...I tried it too... you can put it in for the weekday shows, but everytime I do, it says "Sorry action not be made, please try again later"...I just called Ticketmaster and they said they know of no code of OMIGOD...as they know there is not Promotional Code for LEGALLY BLONDE as of yet...
I went to TICKETMASTER for fun to check, and i put in the promotional code OMIGOD and it worked (I tried it for tomorrow night's 7:30 performance).
i was getting error messages. but it does work!! keep trying or try it in a different browser...Internet Explorer worked for me.

I know what I'm talking about neddyfrank2. I wouldn't have answered a question that I didn't know the answer to. Critics are invited opening night, reviews appear in the papers a couple days after. Critics here do not review preview performances, that wouldn't make any sense.

Check out the San Francisco Board and use the link in my post. It will take you to the correct Ticketmaster page.

OMIGOD works on next week's seats perfectly
Does anyone know if this works at the BOX OFFICE or just online..I assume online only...

Why would it make sense for them to review a preview performance on Broadway but not in San Fransisco? I happen to know that for A Chorus Line and Wicked and Lestat critics were invited during the last week of previews.
LOL, ok, back to the topic at hand after I show you the way, it's a very easy path to follow when you know the facts...

I would check your facts because those dates are all wrong. I have several friends who are critics who were invited, and I was there the last week of previews for WICKED and I talked to a couple of the critics.
they scatter them on different days so they don't talk to each other
I don't know what you are laughing at because you obviously don't know what you are talking about. The place critics all over the theater on different days so that they don't talk to each other. You obviously have never been to an opening night or the last week of previews and have no idea what you are talking about.
The dates the reviews are released have nothing to do with when the critics went, since you are such an expert on this you should no this.
