is there anyway you could possibly send it to me via e-mail? PM me if you want.

I liked it a lot...It made the show look fun...

I thought it was fun, and the audience clearly enjoyed it. I think the Laura Bell looked beautiful. I can't wait to see what they do on the Today show.

citi79, you were there? I thought you were (according to your nasty pm to me and others), a male in the chorus. And they can't "turn the audience down" thats the craziest thing I've read in a long time. They were unethusiastic, the number came across really poorly and it did look like Bundy was lip-synching. You are not doing your show or cast any favors by acting so strange here and harrassing us on pm.

What a mess and a poor choice for tv I think

"oops she said OR not WHORE. I had to rewind it several times...No she did not say whore on tv... oops my mistake ! I guess I heard it wrong ! "

Some of you guys *Shakes head* are way too sensitive about what can be on tv--regardless of what she said you CAN (and people do) say whore on network daytime tv (ditto bitch)

re: Legally Blonde on the VIEW today

Actually its common practice to turn the audience down during the performance as it got done with us many times, the audience and the area where the performances go on have two separate microphones boards , the performance could be a washed out nightmare if people were screaming or cheering all the way through so this way is a safe way to enable that the performance comes across crisp and with good sound .

They had to do it with us when we did fame on the children in need performance because the audiences were so loud.

I liked it lots. With limited time and space I thought it was a great glance into the musical. Laura was cute and sweet yet clever and fun.( I thought I heard laughter during the spoken parts) If you are not a clothes horse or rich or love style and fashion or intelligent, possibly you don't understand the part. I was at work and there was a lot of noise in the room. I turned the TV up (room population was 18 men(farmers, construction workers etc) at first they were saying what in the world is this? I said hush and watch. I watched the room and they said well she is cute and that was funny, they were singing well too. Now that is not a bigtime review BUT considering the population I thought it was pretty good.

For what they had to work with, it was pretty good.

Laura was great and sang beautifully.
The ensemble was charming ever.

I wish they had done SO MUCH BETTER, because Laura would have been the main focus of that more so than half of OMIGOD YOU GUYS.

re: Legally Blonde on the VIEW today

I like the show, hated the performance, but it was The View so I wasn't expecting much. I also felt they started it awkwardly, but I guess they didn't have much of a choice with the time constraint.

And Whoopie held the playbill, does that mean she's taking Rosie's place???? Let me think further into this than I need to!

Hmmm...and I thought it was just me who got this almost threatening PM from this citi79 dude. Shouldn't he just be happy to be working on his first Broadway show and not worry about defending it here? I'm assuming it's first considering his grammar, spelling and amateur attitude.

re: Legally Blonde on the VIEW today

Overall, I think they did well for what they had.

The beginning wasn't lipsync-ed because of Bruiser.

I would love to go see this show again.

Also, I've learned never to post when I'm in a show.
Obviously, I'm out of work right now.

re: Legally Blonde on the VIEW today

wow, what an odd performance
as others said, it did seem rather forced, and...i dont know, doesnt make me want to see the show (note, ive already seen it), but i just dont see that helping the show at all.
i dont know why they performed that song...

re: Legally Blonde on the VIEW today

Wow, it took ages for this to show up on -- er, -- well I finally saw it....

It was SO MUCH BETTER than some "live" performances I've seen of other shows. Considering the original sets and staging having to be abandonned, cudos to the cast for trying andpulling it off.

It's really really cute and she's adorable.

re: Legally Blonde on the VIEW today

According to my cable box, the episode is airing again right now, for anyone who missed it before and is able to catch it this time. Good guests, apart from the performance.
