I guess whoever typed the closed captioning didn't have a script, because during "Omigod You Guys" it definitely said:
"Every time he looks at me it's totally proposalized"
haha
"Every time he looks at me it's totally proposalized"
haha

Well, that wouldn't help since he asked for lyrics to the reprise.

No, he's asking about the reprise ~ which isn't up there yet. Going to the redording on itunes to see if I can understand it better there.
Oops. Never mind. It's not on the OBCR.
BUT!
I'm 99% sure it's
"She saw right through Chutney's kinky perm and perfect alibis." (kinky is the one word I'm not sure about...it may be loser...or lousy)

Ha. Actinggbugg474, I always thought she actually said "proposalized" until I got the CD with the printed lyrics.

wow that stlyrics.com site kinda...sucks...
'supersead'
'proposealized'
and my favorite: 'mozel-top' -hee.
"She saw right through Chutney's kinky perm and perfect alibis." (kinky is the one word I'm not sure about...it may be loser)
I usually hear it as 'frizzy' perm, but yeah this is what I get too.

Frizzy's another option.
Either way it seems like a few too many sylables crammed in to be heard clearly. LOL.

My personal favorite lyric of the show is in Bend and Snap:
"Will you pay for things I buy
And make me cakes and pie?"
Seriously?

I thought the lyrics were...
"Every time he looks at me it's totally proposal eyes"
"Every time he looks at me it's totally proposal eyes"
"Somethin's comin', I don't know what it is but it is gonna be great!"

Yeah. Those are the correct lyrics.

"Proposal Eyes?"
That's even worse than "proposalized".
That's even worse than "proposalized".
"[Gore] was widely perceived as arrogant. If you know something, you're not smart. You're a smarty-pants. It's annoying. People get annoyed with your knowledge. It goes back to high school, to not doing your homework ... 'There's something I should know, I don't know why I should know it but someone knows it and I don't. So I'm going to have to make fun of him now.'"

"She saw right through Chutney's kinky perm and perfect alibis."
You know what? I think that might be it. Thanks!
Anyway, I love the lyrics where it goes "And no one had to know that I had liposuction on my thighs..." {WHOOPS!}
The reason why it flew by so fast is the captioning was really late after the Judge said "Oh My God" and by the time the reprise ends, the captions say "Oh my god, Oh my god, HOLD ON!! Bad enough that I'm in a John," etc. before it finally gets to the spot in "Find My Way" where she goes "Vivienne dumped you, didn't she?"

From the Score -
"Oh my God, oh my God you guys - Elle's all that and a side of fries, She saw right through Chutney's frizzy perm and her fake alabi - oh my god you guys"
Hope this helps

You learn to play the straight man, the lines become routine - never really saying what you mean - but i know the scene will change :)

A little known fact is that in the original screenplay, Pan's Labyrinth was Pan's FLAByrinth. Hmmmmmmm...glad they changed it.

it's one thing to hear these lyrics fly by you but to see them in print, I think O'keefe and Benjamin should be ashamed of themselves. Frankly, some of the lyrics out of context are cringeworthy.

I noticed "proposalized" on the closed caption also and had to laugh.

I assume that means you don't think that they are not cringeworthy in context?

You're right, dramarama.
THAT'S NOT EVEN HOW IT GOES!!!!!
It's not "We are daughters of this place". It's the WRONG SHOW is what it is.
