Sheridan looks so wrong as Elle, nothing like a Beverly Hills girl, more ladette. Caroline as Vivienne looks great though!

Yeah the wig isnt great, but even so, her whole look and acting is just wrong.
I loved Sheridan in Little Shop, and enjoyed her in various TV stuff (even the god awful 2 Pints) but she does always seem to play the same role, would be nice to see her do something really different

Well that was a let down and I wasn't really expecting much!
I don't like the whole way it was shot, it was so cringe worthy to watch!

You got remember though that they aint even started rehearsals yet, this is just a fun promo vid, im sure she will start to get the feel for her as the reharsals gon on. If not we have a chav as Elle.....i guess at least its something new lolol

i can almost predict the click for that end note now haha...
i must say i think sheridan sounds great on that... she has a totally different voice to LBB and it works great.
though i do wonder about how 'american' this show really will be haha.... it looks very british still... duncan james doesn't ooze any form of americanism in him right now.... though if he is going to wear that tracksuit and vest top i'm there for that alone
i guess we shall see come opening night how this really works out... promo videos are ALWAYS cheesy and awful!
i hope they do a cast recording though, particularly if they've already recorded demo's!

LOVE IT! The video is cringe worthy, BUT, nice to see them all in costume and I can picture it much more now! And if you just listen it sounds FABULOUS! And lets face it, theres a big difference between a white box and a stage with set! (Mama, dont even start on the Rent Remixed "White Box")

One small question though, it was there press launch today where the west end cast performed the songs, "“Omigod You Guys”, “So Much Better”, “Bend and Snap”, UPS Guy”, “Whipped Into Shape” and the title song" Ehhh, what is the "UPS guy" song? Is this are replacement for Ireland that was rumoured!?!?!

Ok... I went to the press event today. And have to say... Sheridan, she sounds very different to any other actresses who've played the role. Although it takes time to get used to her voice singing the score, I really liked her when I got warmed up to her voice! She looked gorgeous in that wig live... sadly it looks horrible in that Whatsonstage coverage... does not look gd on photos! Anyway, other supporting cast looks gd (esp Gallahad for me) but I have to say... even though Jill Halfpenny looks the role, she only sounds ok. She has a nice voice, but is NOTHING compared to Orfeh on Broadway, quite disappointing after I got so used to alot of riffing with that score! Anyway... can't wait to see this show!!!!

They may only be promo vids, but at the end of the day its still out there to sell the show. Sister Acts promos were far superior

I am looking forward to this, only because it has been so long since something good has opened......... OMG I even considered paying full price, but I reckon it won't be long until this be on promotion. Could of seen it in New York, but did not want to waste a evening!

I'm really excited about this whole show!
I've been getting quite a lot of stuff through about Legally Blonde recently so they're really trying to push this. I hope it finds an audience and sells well. And i really hope they manage to do something really imaginative with the marquee...they need something better than the little space they have...!

The small little square is all you'll see until you turn into the forecourt of the hotel and theatre itself. Ive always been amazed they they have never been able to get more frontage on The Stand itself

i've always thought they should have something suspended in between the two buildings...for every show! Like a weather proof marquee thing. Understand? Or am i talking shizzle
