I agree, but just take a look at the list of "Talked About, not yet scheduled" over at broadwaystars.com and you'll see a dozen or two movies coming to the stage.

I don't care what a show is adapted from--movie, book, play, poem, whatever--as long as it's done well.
I am there tonite, but I don't post a "review" of a show before opening night unless I loved it.

I heard talk of some special benefit going on at the first two previews. That being the reason they're not offering rush until Thursday.
