Oh no! Well, this will definitely be dominating ALL of the entertainment news media outlets today... from E! News, CNN to Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight and EXTRA. Too bad The Wendy Williams Show is on re-runs right now, if not this would DEFINITELY be on her Hot Topics segment. Chelsea Handler will DEFINITELY be talking about this on tonight's CHELSEA LATELY, which is back to new shows.
Does her "Q Rating" matter at all here, Brody? Or should we only care if you find her famous enough for publicity?
Shallow much?

Kudos to Nemetz!!!!
Sounds likes she is working a solid program.
An true inspiration.
Oooh!! I have to say thank you to the OP for linking to this article. I've always wanted to see Lenora in person, and I didn't even know this performing arts center exists!
It's only about 30 minutes from me. I just got a front-row center seat for Friday night. Super excited!
Excellent article, thanks for sharing with us.
I saw WORKING and while I disliked it, Lenora Nemetz was an absolute highlight in that show.
"It's an art! It's an art to be a fine waitress!"
I have many friends that know Lenora very well and have worked with her for many years and finally got the chance to meet her yesterday and spend some time with her. She is one hell of a woman. Her presence is irresistable and is just such a hoot. Shes gonna be around for a long time

Loved her in Gypsy!
Has she ever discussed why she was replaced as the Pone's understudy in LUPONE/GYPSY?
I was fortunate to first see Lenora in the original Broadway run of CHICAGO when she replaced Chita Rivera as Velam Kelly. Ann Reinking was already playing Roxie Hart and Jerry Orbach was still Billy Flynn. That was the summer of 1977. I was 12 years old and I STILL have the (now dried up) rose that Ann threw to me at the end of the show. Yes, they threw real roses back then. I was 12 years old.

Oh, I dunno. On the one hand she says how important it is to be humble and for her to realize that the world doesn't revolve around her while on the other she claims, "Everyone placed in my path of energy is there for a reason."
Loved her in Gypsy, tho.
