And the whole rear mezz was bought out by a group. It's a cold rainy Sunday night and there wasn't much else playing I haven't already seen enough times. So I wasted $99 on what turned out to be a slight repetitive play with an unsatisfying ending. Oh well, after this another year of exclusively getting rush and lotto tickets due to overpriced tickets like this. At least this play is doing badly enough that it won't recoup so some greedy investor won't make a profit off me."
Oops. And I bet it was your $99 that put them into the black:

I went to the box office at 11:30am today (Weds 1/2) and got the last remaining rush ticket for the evening performance. Front Mezz DD seat 9.
My gf rushed this past Friday. Got there around 9:30 and was fifth in line. They were told before 10am that the rush tickets were most likely going to be singles. One couple got split between orchestra and mezzanine. We got MM and NN the last seats all the way over house right in each row. Luckily given that location there was plenty of leg room between the seat and the wall. I know the rest of the rear mezzanine is not great at all when it comes to leg room. The view is totally fine for this. You miss some of the projection on the scene changes later on in the show, but none of that really matters.

Rushed today (1/5) in the rain. Got there at 8am, box office opens at 10am. Was 6th in line, and got tickets for Front Side Mezz in Row DD.

Does anyone have a guess as to what to expect this week with the show closing? I was thinking of trying for Thursday, but wasn't sure if Broadwaycon, the weather, and it being closing weekend would make anything different from "normal".

I imagine this week is going to be very busy. I’m in line right now—the earliest people got here was at 7am, and by around 8:30 there were about 15 people. It’s probably going to get a lot busier later this week.

Thanks for the update! I'll try for Thursday morning...there aren't many seats left for that night, so hopefully they still do rush. And I hope the cold doesn't prevent stage door. I saw this once before, but it was sleeting so no one came out.
The theaters right across the street from my hotel. There were only two people out there at 8am if anyones tying to rush today!

I believe there is no show today, so hopefully the people there aren't trying to get tickets for today!
Ah, that makes sense! I also hope those guys waiting know that haha

Are you sure they weren't staff members waiting to be let into the building? No show today.

Arrived at 7 - 7th in line. Telecharge isnt showing any tickets available, so I guess we will see if they even have rush today.

No rush tickets are available for todays 2pm or 8pm show. They posted a sign on the gate.

Seems odd that theyre not offering rush, but there are tickets available st TKTS. Their policy states that rush tickets are available depending on availability, but if they're selling at TKTS, it would seem that some rush tix could be made available. Dont most productions hold back tickets purposefully for rush/lottery?

It's not uncommon for shows to not offer rush their final weekend.
Aw, of course. That makes sense. Although since it has recouped, it wouldve been generous to make them available.

Ive been monitoring this one on Telecharge all week. The weekend doesnt seem to be sold out yet but of course the prices are higher since its final weekend. I also had forgotten that its BroadwayCon weekend. Im seeing the Anastasia matinee today but am hoping the 8pm pops up on TKTS.

Yesterday they told me there wouldnt be rush for the rest of the weekend, even though there is availability. They also arent selling anything at discounted prices at the theatre. They said $179 was cheapest at theatre and TKTS was at $140 for cheapest. Im not promising any of this, but this is what I was told yesterday when we were allowed inside after attempting to rush from 6am.
The matinee appears to have dropped off TKTS, but the evening show is available at the Seaport and Lincoln Center locations for $104 - $116.

Looks like it didnt appear on the Times Square location. I checked right after Anastasia and didnt see it. Oh well I have a lot of other plays on my list to see so I dont feel too badly about missing this one.
If you havent seen The Waverly Gallery, I highly recommend it.
