Light in the Piazza for download?

Is there anywhere online where you can download a video of the PBS broadcast of Piazza? I want to put it on my iPod. Google Video has the entire show but it's only streaming - you can't download it. I'm sure there's gotta be a video of the entire thing somewhere online!

I'd love that! Hey PBS, get an iTunes channel and put on the LIVE FROM THE LINCOLN CENTER and GREAT PERFOMANCES shows.

Live From Lincoln Center performances are one-time-only things, they are not allowed to be reproduced, sold or distributed in any other way.

Great Performances ARE allowed to be reproduced, which is how we have the amazing Videos (and now DVDs) of many Sondheim classics.

iTunes has PBS but unfortunately not LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA & COMPANY yet!

Interestinly.. I dont know if you guys know this but there is an iTunes University- great source of educational informations.. its like GREAT COURSES, if youre into that!

I actually love GREAT COURSES specially their course on Renaissance Arts & History. After I saw LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA .. I had this great urge to learn more about Floreence, Italy & D' Medici.

Would like to hear if it's any good, if it in fact DOES play on US regioned players, etc.

No. I have not seen it..but I am considering buying it on ebay bec. I want to compare it to the US production that I saw on Broadway.

I think this would work on USD DVD players since its REGION O and its the West End Production that was taped.. I just learned the existence of this DVD from songdanceman2- he told me about it.

Is this the celebration of the 100,000th post on this topic?

We all said when it was on PBS, tape it!, because it's not going to be released. Live at Lincoln Center broadcasts are never released. Should have taped it!

ElFantasma14 or anyone else for that matter. Do you have a link to Light in the Piazza I searched google video but all I could come up with is clips. I really want to see it so if anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

I adore the Taboo DVD. I can only watch it on my laptop but I love it. Much better than what Rosie did to the show.

Is this available to watch in HD anywhere? It's on youtube but in very poor resolution
