Speaking of Liz Callaway does anyone else remember her as Judy the high school senior aspiring to be a Broadway star in 1981's made for TV movie SENIOR TRIP?

All aboard for a ride on the wild side!

A group of graduating students from a midwestern high school comes to New York City on a trip to celebrate the impending end of school. The students include: Roger Ellis, an ambitious teen aiming for success in big business; David, an aspiring rock star; Judy Matheson, a stagestruck coed actress wannabe; Denise, a free-spirited girl hoping to obtain a degree of sophistication; Fred, a lotharo looking for any Big City woman to be with; and Jon Lipton, a would-be artist hoping to make it big. Mickey Rooney also appears briefly as himself during the backstage scene at the play "Sugar Babies."

I have grown appreciation for the work of Liz Callaway as when I was in grade school, 1998 she performed as Grizabella in CATS. She is featured on one of my cherished albums entitled A STEPHEN SONDHEIM EVENING. I have read people rave about Leigh Ann Larkin's delivery of "The Miller's Son" which I had caught 'A Little Night Music' in April and enjoyed her performance. I also love the recording of the song that you will find Liz singing on this recording... as Leigh Ann has the characterizations with her performance, Ms. Callaway's recording is so pristine!
