I'm pretty sure Laura's on tonight.
Relax about the closing, guys. Nothing's been announced yet, and it's likely nothing's been decided yet anyways. Grosses haven't actually been that bad lately (in the mid 70s). If they hold steady or go up a bit, there's a fairly good chance it could last past the holidays.
And, if we're being honest, "campaigning" isn't likely to change anything. Yes, getting people to see it is a good thing, but unless you can pull in several hundred people a week, it's not really going to change the grosses as a whole.
I sound like a downer. :P I'm not trying to be, just trying to put a little perspective on it all. It's GREAT that this show has such die-hard fans! I'm sure everyone involved really appreciates it!

i definitely get your point, drunky
yeah, a little wishful thinking on my part
:P
i wish i could make a difference, but oh well
how are you all doing?
Everytime I read this thread I want to see the show more and more. I be needing to rush soon lol. If cash flow wasn't a problem i'd see the show everyday lol.
I agree with the "campaigning" point; being I've worked on both sides of the coin, to say the least, showing interest/enthusiasm for shows is good--in small doses. Once people (especially the same people) start pushing (or "spamming" via emails, etc.)for something over and over, albeit with good intentions of promoting something they love, it will only have the opposite effect and these repeated efforts won't be taken seriously. The last thing we'd want to do is annoy TPTB.
As for a closing date, as the old saying goes, "no news is good news." Until I see something official, I too won't be worrying about it.
Good point, IntoTheNight. I'd love for this show to continue, but TPTB have a plan. I don't know if anything will change the course in place right now.
The show will definitely be around for the holidays. It's a fun show. Hope the sales continue to be as good as or better than recently.
I thought the show was on an upswing. Hopefully, the cast remains more stable. I think if the main players, Stephen, Laura, Kevin Cahoon, Felicia, Amy and Constantine remain in the show, it'll be around for a while anyway. I know I forgot some. A good cast now. They need to stay together.
The nice thing about the upcoming holiday season is that more people will be in town taking in shows. Look for grosses to go on at least a considerable upswing very soon.
Then again, I am an optimist.
I don't believe Tina is on tonight, although I could be wrong. If so, my anonymous source is FIRED!

Ok, so I just figured out what TPTB is. It's really been bugging me. "The Powers That Be" right?

ANYWAY, if I upload photos tonight of my playbill could someone help me identify the signatures? I know who 6 of the 7 people should be, but just need help matching names to scribbles.

Haha, thanks IntotheNight!
And yeah, I just uploaded the pictures I took of my playbill...they're all too dark so never mind. Maybe I'll try again when I'm home in 4 weeks for for Thanksgiving.

haha, are they too dark to see anything? cause yankeefan is really good at identifying sigs, he might still be able to figure them out. but i dont know. if not, there is always thanksgiving! lol

Haha, ok. If any of them need to be lightened, I'll try. Eh, I'll give you the one I took with the flash on too. It put too much of a glare on it, which is why I tried without the flash, and then it got too dark.
And I KNOW that Stephen Lynch, Tina Maddigan, Matthew Saldivar, Amy Spanger, Rita Gardner and Eric LaJuan Summers signed it somewhere. Thanks for your help and if I need to do anything to the photos to help you out, let me know!
LOL, I just stopped back in here. Yes, the powers that be, TPTB.
Sorry, didn't mean to leave you in the dark.
Anyway, I hope TPTB decide to keep the show going. That was my main point.
Kevin Kern is Robbie tonight.
I am going on Sunday with a lot of friends because it happens to be my birthday. However, there are nowhere near 22 of us, so you should be fine if you get there around 9 which is the time we all usually get there.
I think I should be able to get there by 10.

Top: Amy Spanger (and 1 I can't read....doesn't look like Tina's though).
Under Amy is Matt Stocke.

any chance the other one on the top is Tracee Beazer? i know it doesnt exactly look like it, but its the only one that comes close. the first letter looks like a t or an l, and that doesnt look like lauras
Is it Adinah Alexander? From the picutre with the big light spot, that's what it looks like.

yea, i thought that too with the glare! but then i looked at the others and compared it to my autograph from her and they dont look alike, but it could be.
i think my guess is either tracee or adinah.
That's definitely not Tracee.

That top one I've never seen before.
It's Eric, not Matt, under Amy.

If Matt Stocke's is on there, his is the mystery one because Tina, Amy, Stephen, Matthew, Eric and Rita definitely signed it...I have photographic proof, haha!
I assumed the one on the top that looks like it starts with a T is Tina's just because none of the other ones look like they could be hers, and Laura wasn't around because she was on medical leave.
Thanks for all the help guys, I know it's tough!
