Rath-If you see Streep in "Postcards From the Edge" you'll see what a great singer she is (or was, as that was at least 10 years ago.)

Ruth, I've seen it a million times. Her strong notes on that song fall well within the aforementioned five-note range.

I saw Ms. Streep in the Public Theater's 50th anniversary and she hit this incredibly high note in sodomy. Then did a very lovely rendition of Some Other Time. I have no doubt that she has the range for Donna.
