MOVIN OUT TV Broadcast cancelled.

According to the KQED San Francisco PBS station. From their website: "Wednesday 2/28 9pm-11pm
Cancel Great Performances Movin' Out
(Producers have decided not to create the program.)"

Too bad. This one deserved to be preserved on film.

The details were sketchy all along, tazbar. For instance, no cast was named but they were shooting "early 2007," no theater announced, no performances available to the public etc.

Considering that the advertised airdate was tomorrow for a station in California and it wasn't announced for any other stations can we really take this as an official cancellation?

Also, to answer a question from earlier in the thread, Gateway is not going to be doing Movin' Out. Their season was posted a few weeks ago, it's pretty underwhelming compared to the flyer they sent out to subscribers over the winter with the potential selections.

Thanks, frogs_fan85. I just checked out Gateway's website. I must admit that I am slightly relieved that they are not going to tackle "Movin' Out" (no offense, really). I'm interested to see who they will cast in "Dreamgirls."

Oops...I'm starting to get off of the subject again.

Very sad. I really liked it here in Bham and I've been telling everyone to watch it on PBS.
