Oh, Aigoo. I usually don't do this but it's irresistible. It isn't to who I give my heart, it's to whom I give my heart. You see, with a preposition too, who becomes the indirect object, which makes the use of whom absolutely imperative, which I can prove to you with this very simple chart!
