never saw hairspray but i saw mary in Fame Becomes Me and I was in awe of her genius. Really thrilled to see shell be back on broadway.

Not for nothing but Michele Pawk was in the show for over 5 months. It's not as if she was replaced out of the blue after two weeks like in Mamma Mia!
I saw Mary twice in Fame Becomes Me and I'm sure she'll do great in Hairspray.
