You know this is a true story - Tommy Tune approached Disney about doing a stage version of POPPINS in the mid 80s and wanted to cast Cyndi Lauper - ask her about it next time you stage door OPERA...

all I have to say is that I'm disappointed but at the same time I want to see what's in store for this show and how the lead is going to be. disappointed but at the same time excited, I guess.
