I jokingly said they would never pay a star salary to someone like Kate Winslet or Anne Hathaway, but in hindsight it makes sense that they wouldn't pay what Kelli O'Hara or Laura Benanti are currently making in their current shows. They can probably pay Ashley Brown close to what she is making in BATB (i.e. 15 percent above scale).

All right, I'm tired of reading this -- I just want to know who was cast as Mary Poppins, or who this supposed performer is that Disney is so stingy with! Can someone please just say it? LOL, AP tests are coming up, and I'm stressed as heck! I just need to know.

yay ashley! i can really see her do this. she earned it...
i think its best not to discuss pay...no one knows what kind of deal she got. i know lots of people who have starred in Disney shows and they don't complain! Disney sends their actors on cruises!! i would work for disney!!
btw..hasn't it been established that everyone is pajama game is under a LORT contract?
the best person was chosen for the job and i don't think it had anything to do with Disney being cheap.
that being said..i LOVE YOU Michael Bennet...your posts crack me up! LOL! so please don't start a fight with me! i like you, i REALLY like you! LOL!
