I cant give any details on the lottery when I saw it, but they do have some seats that are obstructed and they dont tell you.
I was in Balcony, Row A far seat Stage Left, I forget seat number, but I hand to lean forward entire show and were some tech items to the side
Before the show started I talked to the House Manger and before I could verify my seat # he knew exatly what seat it was and said he could nothing at this time but after intermission see him and he would move me...which he did.
Anyhow the seat for the first act as I mentioned I had to sit on my edge the entire time to view.
The next night I filed a complaint with Telecharge since the Box office refused to help but they agreed the seat is obstructed but it is not noted. A few days later I got a full refund since the theater management agreed

Sorry I cant locate my old ticket
But it was Stage Left, the upper most section, the first row so there was no one in front of me except the ledge, last seat in row

Sorry if this has been asked...but are any of the lottery seats obstructed view? Justherehanging, if I'm understanding you correctly, your obstructed view seat was not a lottery seat, right?
I don't know if I would call the seats obstructed view but they're definitely partial as they're located on the extreme sides toward the front orchestra.
It really sounds as though the rear mezz seats are a better deal.

I meant rear balcony, and I found $47 tickets for August 9.

It's actually Matthew Warchus who is Lauren Wards husband.
