I really can't imagine paying Broadway prices to see a live "radio play," but it will likely cost very little to produce, and if they can get some A-list names, well if I were a Broadway producer it would make sense to me...

George and Mary aren’t the juicy star roles, they’re princess tracks. The get is Freddie Fillmore, the radio host who plays about forty roles in the show. If they get a really good comedian or a voice actor like Hank Azaria, Freddie is a dark horse Tony supporting role.
