re: re: Melanie Griffith

NYCFan. Do you know why there was not a big crowd for Liam? Probably because they were told he was not coming out or something. When I saw him in the Crucible last May, all the fans were standing there waiting for over 25 minutes for him to come out, and he snuck out another door and into a car. re: re: Melanie Griffith

re: Melanie Griffith

I guess that was the case. So the people left. But he did indeed come out but as far as I remember he took about 45 minutes. Some probably had not enough patience to wait. This was by the way the first time I saw an actor in person. Well, I am from Switzerland so this was very special for me.

re: re: Melanie Griffith

What really burst my bubble was last night, after Nine, standing outside of the stage door waiting for the women and Antonio to come out, who should come strolling across the street but Melanie. Now, everyone around me started clapping and shouting and taking her picture. Me? I gave everyone around me the dirtiest look, thinking to myself, "You all are outside of the stage door of Nine, so pay no attention to that lack-of talent!" Some people were taking pictures, and some even had the nerve to ask for her autograph on their Nine programs. She replied, "No, you have to come see my show." My show, she says? HER SHOW! No way!!! Never! She didn't need to parade herself and stand next to Antonio as he signed everyones playbills.

It also killed me that when she came over, Jane Krakowski was reaching for my playbill to sign...when a hoard of people pushed me out of the way to take photos of Melanie and see her. How rude! I will never forgive that Melanie woman!
I'm as jumpy as a virgin at a prison rodeo!

How long do you think Antonio is going to stand for his wannabe wife horning in on his "moments"? Isnt her own stage door crowd enough for her, or is she that terrified that someone will carry him off? When is a critic going to actually REVIEW her performance - but what does it matter anyway..by that time, she will be long gone and possibly, godforbid, planning her next stage appearance. Maybe a co-starring role with hubby?
